you may give dals, dry fruits , nuts and seeds, also legumes such as chana, rajma etc .
also you may give eggs, fish , chicken if preffered, soya, panner, milk, ,etc

Have an assessment with your doctor to know what is the problem and further health can only be provided on that basis because first you need to know the correct diagnosis behind the problem as why the child is not gaining weight and what is needed to be done
