shiv is suffering from stomach ache and reports showing lymph nodes 13*7 mm. I am not giving any outside food then why he is suffering from stomach pain.

This is because of the lymph nodes only maybe there are swelled up which is why the pain is there and you’ve already got the testing done and know the reason behind it and it is not only associated with outside food it needs to be treated so check with your doctor for further assistance
