Shia is feeling vomiting most of the day in the morning once she woke up and also vomit water which she have or while brushing.

They could be some in digestion issues that your child is having it’s better to get a check with your doctor if the child is unable to digest water also and you say the child is vomiting at the time of brushing also better to have a check up with the doctor
