She's not getting enough solid food, she's mostly dependent on breast feed, and her skin is still very dry and sensitive. Even after using Atogla resyl cream, the dryness persists. When I touch her skin, especially her cheeks, it feels rough and dry. Coconut oil doesn't seem to work for her either. What can I use to help with her dry skin?
