A. Encourage other activities like playing outside and don't give her phone even if she starts crying.

A. Stop it that is what you should do the reels are the worst thing that you can show to your child and how is your child fond of showing reels you must have introduced your child to the mobile or to the screen or reels which is why this is happening please be a strict parent if it is needed to be and you have to get rid of this habit involve your child into other sports and activities get your child out of the house for two hours at least and former scheduled with a child learns to sleep by eight in the night maximum 830 not late
