she looks like two n half years what can I add in her diet

A. Hello mom if she is active as per her current age and eating well healthy and balanced diet not an issue at All.. give her healthy calorie foods such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk shakes , stuff paranthas with potatoes or panner etc , dry fruit and nuts , eggs, lentils and legumes, soya and products
