#AskTheExpert my son is two and a half year old...n is not gaining weight though he is active as he should be accordingly. please suggest what to add on in his diet

A. Dear mum, you can add eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish to baby’s diet. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates. Give a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
