she is vomiting for 3 times.. what should i do.. she is having cold and cough..

A. Emset 10 drops you can give once PB is due to cold and cough because the when the child has severe congestion in throat a child can vomit out like this it’s normal this medicine will help and also you should never raise a child that is going to be benefiting in reducing down the congestion
