Q.

she is not interested in vegetables... what can I do

A. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. make paratha, khichdi, upma, cutlet adding various veggies.

A. Vegetables give your child energy. Eating vegetables can also protect your child against chronic diseases. Children under eight years should have 2-4½ serves of vegetables each day. Help your child eat plenty of vegetables by setting a good example. Persistence and praise help too.
