Add jeera and mint leaf in cooking they are natural appetisers. Always give lukewarm water to drink after feeding anything which helps in good digestion. Take your baby for cycling and walking and expose your baby to sunlight for about a half an hour in a day.
Instead of giving three big meal plan to give five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and in smaller intervals. Give more liquids like fresh fruit juice made at home, buttermilk, coconut water, water, milkshakes, vegetable soups. Give more fibre rich food.
