she is completing 4 years old to January month. and her weight is still 10.3kg . please help what should I do

What a genuine scale it should be somewhere around 16 so I’m just going to recommend you to please consult your doctor get your child evaluated run up BMR and also why your child is so much underweight and accordingly it is suggested with the supplements and diet plan to follow for your child
