She is being bitten by flies all around legs amd skin is very very dry. Applied few creams, lotions and even applied Oilatum lotion. please suggest what should be done?

A. See you should connect with your doctor otherwise you can apply coconut oil right now that’s going to be very beneficial that usually helps a lot but still just to be on the safer side I would advise you to get a check with your doctor
