she is 4 month old and not gaining weight she is premature having birth in 8 th month what will I do

A. hi mom as of now baby is on breastfeeding so have good proteins for better quality of milk hydrate well have shatavari powder in milk sleep well

A. hi well , premee babies achive age milestones or gain weight comparatively late and low than the normal babies and the weight gain mostly determined by child's birth weight so please take necessary follow ups from your pediatrician and keep track on your child weight gain
