she has irregular periods, what to do

A. Hello good morning !! In the initial months after puberty irregular periods 2-3 months are normal due to hormone changes,low haemoglobin . Give nuts and seeds,pulses,grains in regular diet and physical activity like outdoor play ,walking ,yoga helps . Check with the Gynaecologist if your girl gets irregular periods for more than 3 months,heavy bleeding.
