Spoo Shampoo is basically for dandruff only so you can go ahead with that but I would like to tell you since your child is six years plus you can continue with the shampoo But there is no harm taking an opinion from a skin specialist because if there is any infection or anything into the scalp then you will come to it Cordingley the medicine and treatment can be suggested
