Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Dandruff is mostly because of dead skin over the scalp which can lead to itchy skin . It could be because of some pathological conditions too. Common causes are improper shampooing malnutrition fungal growth sensitivity to hair products sebborrhoic dermatitis . Proper choare is required with medicated shampoo maintain a good hygiene and proper hydration .f Consult a doctor for more severe condition .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Spoo shampoo is basically for differential issues only that is what you can use at least three times in the week and also at the same time I would advise you to apply some coconut oil mix with Kapoor that also helps a lot in eliminating dandruff
