She eats rice and all types of curries that too spicy curry if it is not spicy she just doesn't chew it, I give her two boiled egg or two egg's omelette

A. hello too much spicy especially now during summer may not be a problem and just try to change the habit so that the child gets flexible and egg is absolutely fine and one daily would be sufficient and two can be more for the child at this age
