She don't want to eat non veg so what can I do?

A. Hello mom that’s perfectly fine. They have their own preferences as well and that need to be respected over a period of time. You may again try upon if you really insist you may offer other high protein foods in vegetarian option such as a different type of dals , legumes like Chana , rajma apart from that dry fruits and nuts , soya , Paneer etc .
