she doesn't sit quietly for a single minute.. every minutes she behaves like toodler and do chatter.

The child is basically hyperactive and nothing else try to channelise the energy of the child with some home activities put your child into good physical classes like Karate and all which would actually be quite helpful for the child for overall development and growth
