She doesn't feel like eating anything, and his/her bowel movements are not regular/free.

A. Since your child is not eating properly so the reason behind in proper motion probably is that only so I would advise you to give fluids to the child which will help in regular motion and hopefully with that things are going to be in control and also would recommend you to consult your doctor
