she does not want to pee because of her pubic area getting wet is this normal sometimes she cry I don't want to pee it all get wet.

it might happen that a child might feel irritation or burning sensation because of getting wet.
so , first ,I advise you to check this or ask your child for this.
keep your child well hydrated.
choose Cotton inner wear for your child
keep that area clean.
