NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello there is no restriction that the breast-feeding mom should not breastfeed the baby and is absolutely fine to feed the baby and yes you can feed the baby immediately after the vaccination also which is not a problem and is absolutely nothing to worry
