see my son left eye after wiping or cleaning still that pus is coming what I need to do is there any treatment or do I need to consult doctor ?

So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment apply neosporin eye ointment Two times a day for 5 days
