savori horse gram barley butter beans black sesame Lovage bajra fenugreek kaskas garden cress(ashali) setarica italics (thina seed) winter cherry (amukeeram) vanilla can I include these items to my 9 month old babies solid food ?is these all are safe ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can include, but ve careful while giving beans, horse gram.. as ot may generally causes gases problem. do offer sift, n easy to digest food always to babies.
