Q.

right now am mother of 4 months baby. still my stomach is bloating. if I wear maternity belt now also is there any chances of reducing stomach by doing exercises?

Belt is not of much use Do some exercises gradually Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good Drink 3-4 litres of water per day Choose healthy foods Check your diet once you start little weaning foods for baby Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com For articles on breastfeeding and baby care
