DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3.5 years old and he is having a cold and dry coughs with throat pain so give him syrup azithral 100 mg daily once for three days and chericof syrup 3 ml three times a day
