As you should go ahead with a proper routine of massaging the body of the child twice or thrice in a day if this too much dryness and use proper products on to the skin of the child to maintain hydration in management on top of that so that something that is going to help in getting rid of dinosaur to the body you can use Sebamed products for the skin
