Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give only nasal saline drops at this age and nothing else and kindly continue breastfeeding again and again
kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Hello ma’am Go for indirect steam to your child as that’s the best and you can also put nasal drops into your child’s nose which will help in easy Riddhi apart from that if the condition is much then it would be best for you to consult your doctor for a proper course of medication
