ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Do hot fomentation or keep warm wet napkin on your breast for 10 -15 minutes and after try to manually express your milk. feed her more often, After thecregular express the milk to prevent from accumulating or to prevent from lump in breast.
Consult a lactation expert or your gynecologist for same.
