RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Best is that you do take some lactation supplements for your support along with that also also I’m going to advise you to increase the intake of liquid to at least 3 to 4 L per day and have green leafy vegetable lentils and proteins into your everyday diet
