Remarks in Urine exam say bateria is present. Does it mean I have UTI?

A. not sure you have to go for urine culture to confirm More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with nearest doctor also in your locality. Take care.
