Redness around injection site and hard skin after penta 1 vaccine at 6 week

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is very common and please use any ice pack on baby effective area and also you can massage gently and also give baby doctor prescribed medication if baby is having pain and fever. Take care
