redish on baby motion area and pee area what to do

A. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at nightd time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. d to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
