red rashesh come in baby's face. what to do? after using prikely heat powder it shows redness

Then maybe the powder that you use did not suit the skin of the child and probably which is why the red rashes have appeared currently I’m going to advise you to apply calamine lotion and don’t use any other product on the face just wash it with water and you can apply this lotion three or four times in the day
