Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. you can try applying baby cetaphil lotion or coconut milk and see if it helps. apply any one of them. baby acne are common in babies. ideally should go away on their own. don't apply too many products on baby's skin. avoid all oil massage for a few days. use a soft muslin cloth to wipe the baby .
