once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor

it could be reaction to fever , allergic reaction to fabric or cosmetics ,heat or sweating or Infection
so please choose Cotton clothes for your child
skip suspected cosmetics
apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on Rashes.
maintain good hygiene.
