Recently my baby got this type of acne’s . What are these ? And I applied Himalaya calamin lotion but still didn’t get any result please suggest something?what can be done to get her normal skin back

Try Cetaphil lotion on to the face of your child of the calamine lotion is not helping your child in any way so I’m just going to say that once you start applying Cetaphil lotion maybe it is going to help your child in a better manner and this is a good brand to go for so just go ahead with it
