Recently I had abortion since then my hair fall increasing too much what to do?

EktaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hormonal changes after abortion can cause hair fall, so don’t worry, it’s quite common. Try to include a protein, calcium and iron-rich diet. Have nutritional diet with protein,calcium and iron rich foods .
Use caster oil or coconut oil by adding amla,hibiscus flowers or onion oil .
