Reason for weight los during pregnancy?

A. Hi dear mom In the first trimester u can loose weight. But after that u start to gain weight. So no need to worry. Have ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, chicken, etc for weight gain. Take care
