regular massage of the back as well as the neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area.
if neck holding ancd head holding is not proper by the end of 5 months it is important to meet the doctor for examination to find the cause of delayed milestones

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
