R feverless vaccines as effective as vaccines which causes fever?? recently my baby got her 1 1/2 year vaccine and she had no fever because she got a feverless kind of vaccine. but lot of people telling it's an ineffective type of vaccine because baby should get fever to know her immune system is working fine n developing to the vaccine. is this true

A. both the vaccines are equally effective it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks
