question regarding mother I got pregnent of weeks but is is unwanted pregnancy as I have a problem of piles they gets prolapsed during pregnancy now I want to terminate the pregnency as USG seems a sac like substance and 6.7mm fibroid seen posterior now I am confused what should I do please help
