question for my friend. My friend is 24 yrs old now.. not married. for the past 3 months she has been having less bleeding during her period. Her cycle is correct but the number of days has been reduced to 4-5 from 7 and the bleedinh has become very less.. what should she do?

It could be because of hormonal changes and it is ideal that she gets a thyroid test and consult with her gynecologist to get further evaluated and treated
