Q. from last 4 days , after feeding baby do loose motion..what I have to do... I have also consulted to doctor

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. its due to gastrocolic reflex present in babies no need to worry about it As long as the consistency of the stool is normal frequency of the stool doesn't matter maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output give natural probiotics like curd yogurt etc maintain hygeine

When a breastfed baby has a bowel movement after nearly every feeding during the first few weeks, it's a good sign – it means he's getting plenty of milk. Formula-fed babies often have bowel movements less frequently than breastfed babies. But it's normal for them to poop after every feeding as well.
