Feed her 4 to 5 meals a day
3 meals can be from recipes like dal rice curd, paratha dal sabji, khichadi curd sabji, idli sambhar, utapa, chilla, chapati with egg
2 meals can be from recipes like Vegetable soup, fruit smoothie, boiled egg, date ladoo
