pregnant 8 months and i havea baby 19 months old and my first delivery c-section i have back pane what is solution for the problem

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once with your gynaecologist in person as she knew the exact health condition of your pregnancy and take medication after her evaluation. And back pain is quite normal in pregnancy. Take care
