Prasmit is 3 yrs old. yesterday he vomit in the school around 11 am. later in the evening got little fever. we gave paracetamol. in the night again he got little temperature. we gave paracetamol early morning. now he is ok but worried if again get tempreture. pls suggest us what to do.

A. you can treat for 1 hour 2 days with only paracetamol for simple figures gFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
