my son 1 year and 11 month old suffering from fever(around 100°) and also 2 times vomit (first time yellowish vomit) . what should do.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and he is having gastritis many times caused by medicine too so give him anti acid like lanzol junior sachets twice a day before feeding and ORS spoon by spoon and no paracetamol
