post the tubectomy. one year now. after periods I feel my lower abdomen swollen and painful... I always get brown discharge for longer days after periods. my full body is always in pain...

A. see that id not due to the tubectoomy. so ut will be better if you see a doctor abd then you can have a proper diagnosis and tgen you get treatment
