post stopping breast feeding my baby has lost around 2kgs, and not gaining weight

It’s okay to lose a little bit of weight not not a problem but if you’re not gaining weight then you can include more of proteins and healthy diet including nuts and legumes in the diet which will be very helpful in increasing the weight over the period
